Project Overview: Sunfield Buda is a multi-phase 1,154-unit multi-family development project situated 15 miles South of Downtown Austin in the City of Buda, one of the fastest growing cities in Texas. Over the past 10 years, this HOA has been one of the top-selling residential Master-Planned HOAs in the state.

Alpine will be developing this project in three phases – all within the Sunfield-Master Planned Community. The three development sites are all well positioned within the Master-Planned community – each offering lake frontage, downtown Austin views, or both.  Alpine is maximizing these premium features to deliver a differentiated rental offering for future residents. We plan on starting construction in 2024.
