Project Overview

Palmetto Road is a 75-acre mixed-use master-planned development project situated directly adjacent to Hwy 287 and 5 minutes from Downtown Waxahachie. The development project is situated approximately 25 miles South of Downtown Dallas. Alpine will be developing the project in multiple phases. The project will consist of approximately 915 multifamily units, 150 single-family rentals, and credit retail tenants on the North-West portion of the Site. Construction will begin in 2024.
