Jake Pinto

Jake Pinto serves as the Vice President of Development for Alpine Start, bringing over a decade of executive level development management experience to the table. Jake brings a deep understanding of navigating the complexities of bringing a project to life, from identifying opportunities, entitlements, site planning and product development to build-out and turnover. Jake is a proven development executive with extensive experience in both overseeing large development teams and working through challenging developments throughout California.

Prior to joining Alpine Start, Jake held a key role as Senior Manager of Development at Welltower, (NYSE: WELL) where he led Multifamily and Build-To-Rent developments nationwide.  His tenure was distinguished by the negotiation of strategic partnerships with local developers and general contractors. Prior to that, Jake served as a Senior Project Manager at Toll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) managing the comprehensive development lifecycle of residential communities in some of the more challenging municipalities within Southern California.

A native of Laguna Beach, Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Hunter College in New York City. His career milestones include overseeing an impressive portfolio of developments valued at $2B during his tenures at WELL and TOL.
