Marr Takeuchi is responsible for managing international business development and equity investments for Alpine Start Development. A native of Tokyo, Japan, Mr. Takeuchi specializes in syndicating Japanese equity investments for ASD.

Mr. Takeuchi is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Certified International Property Specialist (CPS). Mr. Takeuchi is also the President & CEO of GAC Real Estate Solutions.
