Jay Dreiling
Development Manager
Jay serves as a Development Manager at Alpine Start Development. He is responsible for managing the entire development process for multifamily projects including conceptual planning, entitlements, programming, schedule, design oversight, and investor reporting.
Prior to joining Alpine Start Development, he was a Development Manager at Stillwater Capital where he was responsible for developing multifamily and mixed-use developments in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex and Colorado Springs. Jay is a licensed architect in Texas and Kansas with over ten years of experience working at GFF Design, The Beck Group, and Streetlights Residential on luxury multifamily, high-rise and built-to-suit office, luxury car dealerships and mixed-use projects before transitioning to the development side of the industry.
In 2018, Jay graduated from The Real Estate Council’s (TREC) Associate Leadership Council (ALC) and was voted as the ALC alumni representative on the 2019 Foundation Board of Directors. He also served as TREC’s Young Gun’s Chair and representative on the Executive Committee in 2017.
Jay holds a Masters of Architecture from Kansas State University and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking national parks, traveling, and home remodeling projects. Jay resides in Dallas with his wife and golden retriever.
