Ian Bodkins

Ian Bodkins is a Project Manager for Alpine Start Development. He is responsible for the buy-out, budget management, and scheduling for in-house construction projects.

Prior to relocating to Dallas to join Alpine Start Development, Ian has worked for other Builder/Developers such as Oden Hughes Partners (OHT) and Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) in Austin, Texas, where he completed podium and garden-style projects totaling over 1,250 units.

Ian grew up in Cedar Park, Texas, and graduated with a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. Ian follows all things motorsports in his free time and enjoys working on his own project car.
