Heather Pardue

Heather Pardue serves as the Vice President of Asset Managment for Alpine Start Development, bringing more than 15 years of Property Management and New Multifamily Construction experience.  Heather is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize Alpine Start Developments portfolio performance.  She manages relationships and transactions with operating partners while developing and maintaining market knowledge to inform decision making.

Prior to joining Alpine Start Development, Heather worked for Industry influencers such as General Investment & Development, The Hanover Company, United Dominion Realty Trust and The Lincoln Company where she provided leadership on multiple portfolios including stabilized, value-add and new construction of nearly 10,000 multifamily units.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Heather earned her B.A. in Business Management and Marketing from Assumption University in Worcester, MA where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She relocated to Texas in 2011.  In her free time Heather enjoys traveling, interior design, serving her community and spending time with her loving husband and two wonderful sons.
