Everett Morgan

Everett Morgan is a Real Estate Development Analyst for Alpine Start Development, aiding in the financing and underwriting process.  Everett started his career in real estate while he was in college, interning for a commercial real estate advisory firm here in Dallas.

Everett graduated from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU) with a degree in Real Estate Finance. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, he moved to Dallas for school and fell in love with the city’s culture and opportunities. In his free time, he’s an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and the Atlanta Falcons, and he loves exploring Dallas’s food and music scene.
