Drew Joslin

Drew is a Construction Manager for Alpine Start Development. His responsibilities include assisting in design development, preconstruction analysis, general contractor oversight, managing FF&E scopes, and ensuring successful construction delivery.

Mr. Joslin started his career working for The Vertex Companies as a consultant focused on surety work. He advised on a wide range of projects in the hospitality, multi-family, government, and heavy civil sectors before moving into project management. As a project manager, Drew spent 8 years working for the Beck Group delivering complex healthcare projects including renovation, expansion, and ground up projects. During that time, he specialized in MEP systems and integrated project delivery, working closely with owners, architects, consultants and trade partners in the design development, preconstruction, and construction phases of projects.

Drew received a BS in Construction Management with a Minor in Business from John Brown University. In his free time, he enjoys a multitude of active hobbies including golf, bow hunting, soccer, bowling, and climbing. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
