Christopher Clouse

Christopher is a Senior Superintendent based out of Dallas, Texas, with an exceptional career spanning over 30 years in multifamily construction. Best known for his leadership and problem-solving abilities, he has overseen the successful completion of 16 large-scale projects throughout Texas, including Garden, Podium and High-Rise buildings.
Born and raised in Lansing, MI. Christoper began his career in the industry with Jordan Foster as an Assistant Superintendent, where he quickly developed a reputation for his meticulous attention to detail and collaborative approach. After gaining valuable experience, Christopher moved on to work with larger organizations such as Alliance Residential and OHT, contributing to key projects. As Senior Superintendent, Christopher oversees all aspects of project execution, from planning and budgeting to supervising teams and ensuring timelines and safety standards are met.
