Andrea Lauren Redewill

Andrea joined ASD in March of 2025.  As the Vice President of Asset Management, she oversees all operational assets and assists with acquisitions, development, client relations and deal flow.  Andrea has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience across multiple asset types and classes, with expertise in multifamily value-add and Class A product and a proven track record of execution and maximizing performance.

Prior to joining ASD, Andrea was VP of Asset Management for Harbor Group International, a leading global investment firm, specializing in the multifamily space.  Andrea oversaw a portfolio of over 15,000 units spanning multiple markets, from coast to coast, specializing in all major markets across the US, particularly in Texas, Florida and Western Regions. A proven leader within her company, she was instrumental in the company’s expansion in the Southeast and West Coast markets. Before Harbor Group, Andrea worked at MIG Real Estate as a Senior Asset Manager of Multifamily, where she oversaw multifamily assets valued in excess of $2B specializing in value-add opportunities. Before venturing into the world of Commercial Real Estate, Andrea had a successful career in Design and Architecture, specializing in commercial and retail design through all phases of the pre-construction entitlement process, a skillset and expertise that has translated well into driving and delivering results.

Before migrating to the great state of Texas, Andrea was born and raised in California where she attended the University of California, Berkeley and earned a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Architecture and later attended the University of California, Irvine where she earned her MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate. In her spare time, Andrea enjoys traveling, hiking, floral design, cooking and considers herself a wine enthusiast.
